1. General provisions

1.1. The website available at https://liikye.com is an intermediary platform between the Customer and third parties for carrying out marketing campaigns on social media platforms (the “Service”).

1.2. The seller, owner and administrator of the Service is LEAD PROVIDER LTD, a company registered in England and Wales (Companies House) under number 17432990, with its registered office at 60 White Horse Lane, Boston, PE21 8SZ, United Kingdom (the “Seller” or the “Administrator”). Email address for contacting the Seller: [email protected].

1.2a. If the Seller is registered for VAT, its VAT number is shown on the sales document. Tax matters are governed by section 8.

1.3. Use of the Service means any form of interaction with the Service, including creating or using an account, placing orders and using the available features.

1.4. Using the Service constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and the conclusion of a contract on the terms set out in them.

1.5. “Customer” means a natural or legal person using the Service in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

1.5a. “Consumer” means a Customer who is a natural person entering into a contract for purposes not directly connected with their trade, business or profession.

1.6. “Operator” (or “third-party company”) means an independent external entity that provides marketing services, such as gaining followers, likes, views, subscriptions and similar, on behalf of the Customer.

1.7. To use the Service properly, the Customer needs a device with internet access and a web browser with JavaScript enabled, and must accept the cookies necessary for the Service to work. The processing of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.

1.8. The Service provides intermediary services only: it does not carry out marketing services itself, but passes Customers’ orders on to independent Operators.

1.9. The services of the Service may be used by:

1.9.1. natural persons who are adults (aged 18 or over) with full legal capacity, and legal persons and other organisational units acting through persons authorised to represent them; only these persons may place paid orders and enter into contracts,

1.9.2. minors only through a parent or legal guardian, who places the order and pays in their own name and is the party to the contract,

1.9.3. persons aged 16 or over, only for the purpose of receiving a free Sample (section 7B), if the Service makes one available.

1.10. Real account: a user account existing on the given social media platform from which an interaction delivered under the order originates (e.g. a follow, a like, a view, participation in a live stream), regardless of whether it is operated manually or with the help of automation tools. According to the Operators’ declarations, all services carried out through the Service come from real accounts. The Service has no means of verifying the accounts itself and relies on the Operators’ assurances.

1.11. Account quality: the degree to which a profile is complete and active, assessed against the following criteria: username, profile picture, profile description and activity history, taking into account information provided by the Operators.

1.12. Targeting: the country or region of origin of the accounts (e.g. worldwide, Europe, a selected country). Targeting is independent of quality (§6.8).

1.13. These Terms and Conditions also describe features that need not be available at all times, in particular add-on options (§7.5), sponsored article services (section 7A), free Samples (section 7B), the virtual wallet (section 10), the partner or referral programme and the publication of customer reviews. The provisions concerning a given feature apply only if and to the extent that the Service makes that feature available. Whether a feature is available is determined by what is shown in the Service (on the service page, in the configurator or in the Customer’s account) at the time the order is placed. The description of a feature in these Terms and Conditions is not an undertaking to make it available.

1.14. The names of quality variants, add-on options and features used in these Terms and Conditions correspond to the names shown in the Service’s configurator. If, in a given language version of the configurator, a variant or option bears a name corresponding to its description in these Terms and Conditions, the provisions of these Terms and Conditions apply to it in the same way. The scope of the selected option is determined by its description in the configurator together with these Terms and Conditions.

2. Registration and account access

2.1. Using the services of the Service does not require the Customer to register an account themselves.

2.2. In order to carry out an order, the Service automatically creates a temporary user account linked to the email address given when placing the order. Every subsequent order placed with the same email address is assigned to that account.

2.3. The Customer can access their account at any time through the login form available on the Service’s website. Login is based on the email address and a one-time code (PIN) sent to that email address each time, or by another method offered on the login page.

2.4. The user account is personal and is used to view the history of orders, sales documents, reports and other information related to the use of the Service’s services.

2.5. The Service does not require a password or a permanent login to be created. Each one-time login code (PIN) is valid for a limited time and provides secure access to the account.

2.6. Using and activating the temporary account constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and the conclusion of a contract for the provision of services by electronic means.

2.7. The user must keep access to their email account, to which login codes are sent, secure. The Service is not liable for the actions of third parties who gain access to the account because the user failed to exercise due care.

3. Protection and security of personal data

3.1. The controller of personal data processed through the Service is the Seller, LEAD PROVIDER LTD, a company registered in England and Wales under number 17432990, with its registered office at 60 White Horse Lane, Boston, PE21 8SZ, United Kingdom. Contact on personal data matters: [email protected].

3.2. Customers’ personal data are processed in accordance with applicable law, in particular:

  • Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (GDPR),
  • the data protection law of the United Kingdom (UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018).

3.3. Personal data are processed only for the following purposes and on the following legal bases:

  • carrying out orders and the services of the Service (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR, performance of a contract),
  • handling complaints and contact with the Customer (Article 6(1)(b) and (c) GDPR),
  • the Administrator’s marketing purposes, with the Customer’s consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR),
  • analytical and statistical purposes in the Administrator’s legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

3.4. The Service uses appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect data, including connection encryption (SSL/TLS) and access restrictions, appropriate to the risk in accordance with Article 32 GDPR.

3.5. Data are treated as confidential and are not disclosed to unauthorised persons.

3.6. The Customer has the right of access to their data, to rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability, and the right to object to processing. The Customer also has the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

3.6a. The supervisory authority is in particular the Information Commissioner’s Office (United Kingdom) or the supervisory authority in the European Union member state in which the Customer has their habitual residence.

3.7. The Customer may at any time request the erasure of their personal data, which also results in the deletion of their account in the Service. Before the account is deleted, the Customer may use the funds held in the virtual wallet or request a refund of the unused part of their own payments under section 10; bonus funds expire when the account is deleted. The Seller keeps the data it is required to retain by law (e.g. accounting records) for the period required by that law.

3.8. Access to the account in the Service is by means of a one-time PIN code sent to the email address provided, or by another method offered on the login page. The Customer must keep access to their mailbox secure.

3.9. The detailed rules for processing personal data are set out in the Privacy Policy available in the Service.

4. Liability

4.1. The Service acts as an intermediary in providing marketing services that increase activity on social media (e.g. the number of likes, followers, subscriptions, views and similar). These services are carried out by external operators (“Providers”), with whom the Service works on the basis of dynamically selected sources.

4.2. The Service is not affiliated with any social media platform, including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Twitter (X), Twitch, SoundCloud, LinkedIn, Spotify, Telegram, Discord, Pinterest, Kick or Threads, or with their partners. All names and trade marks are the property of their respective owners and are used for information purposes only.

4.3. The list of Providers and technical systems used by the Service may change in real time, both between deliveries and during a single service (e.g. when delivery is carried out gradually in batches). A change of Provider may be prompted by, among other things, quality, availability, response time, the configuration purchased, server overload or a system failure at the operator.

4.4. As an intermediary, the Service selects Operators with due care and checks the quality of delivery on an ongoing basis, but it cannot guarantee or fully control the reliability, timeliness or honesty of independent Operators, which are separate third parties. If it is established that an order has not been properly performed on the Operator’s side (e.g. non-delivery or delivery of a lower-quality result), the Service, acting with due care, takes remedial action, in particular placing the order again with another Operator or topping up to the extent technically possible, under sections 11 and 12. The Service is not liable for loss resulting from arbitrary, unreliable or order-contrary actions of an Operator that go beyond the Service’s care in selecting and supervising it. This provision does not exclude or limit any liability of the Seller that cannot be excluded or limited under the applicable law, in particular liability for loss caused intentionally and, towards a consumer, liability for personal injury and for failure to perform the service with reasonable care and skill.

5. Prohibited activities

5.1. It is prohibited to use the Service in a manner contrary to the law, these Terms and Conditions or good practice, in particular for purposes that are:

  • unlawful,
  • fraudulent,
  • infringing the rights of third parties,
  • capable of exposing the Service, its Providers or Customers to financial or reputational loss.

5.2. In particular, it is prohibited to:

  • a) attempt to interfere with the operation of the Service or its technical infrastructure,
  • b) use automation software (e.g. bots, scripts) to place orders, generate accounts or interact with the Service,
  • c) knowingly provide incorrect, false or misleading data (e.g. links, profile names, email addresses),
  • d) place fictitious orders in order to test how the services work, obtain undue benefits or generate false complaints,
  • e) create accounts or place orders using other people’s data without their knowledge and consent,
  • f) use the Service for competitive purposes, including collecting data, copying content, attempting to acquire customers or analysing technical solutions,
  • g) spread false information about the Service; this does not limit the Customer’s right to express an honest opinion, including a negative one,
  • h) attempt to circumvent the system’s security measures or use it in a manner contrary to its intended purpose,
  • i) reproduce, analyse or copy the structure of the Service, its code, its operating mechanisms or its integrations with Providers (reverse engineering) without the Administrator’s written consent,
  • j) publish or disclose to third parties personal data of the Service’s employees and associates taken from correspondence with the Service (e.g. first names, surnames, email addresses, likeness),
  • k) attempt to obtain the services while bypassing the Service by using information, contacts or sources obtained while using the Service’s services,
  • l) carry out any other activities that may disrupt the proper functioning of the Service, cause it loss or be regarded as contrary to the purpose and nature of the Service,
  • m) use the Service’s services to mislead consumers or other persons as to the popularity, reviews or characteristics of products, services or persons in a manner contrary to the law applicable to the Customer; the Customer is responsible for ensuring that the way in which the services are used complies with that law.

6. Rules for using the Service

6.1. The Service enables orders to be placed for marketing services carried out by independent operators (Providers) through an automated system. These services consist, among other things, in increasing the number of likes, followers, views, subscriptions or other activity on social media platforms.

6.2. An order may be placed either through the Service’s website or individually (e.g. by email or telephone). Orders placed outside the system are treated as premium services and do not require a user account.

6.3. Once payment has been received, the Customer receives a confirmation at the email address given with the order. The Service makes every effort to pass the order on to a Provider for delivery within approximately 168 hours (7 days) of the payment being received, unless stated otherwise for the given offer. Because delivery depends on independent Operators, the availability and load of their systems, platform API restrictions and queues (§4.3, §6.9, §6.11, §6.3b), this period is indicative and may be extended; exceeding it for reasons beyond the Service’s control does not constitute improper performance of the service.

6.3a. All times given in service descriptions, marketing materials or the configurator (e.g. “first results within minutes”, “delivery in 10 minutes”, “up to 72 hours”) are purely indicative and illustrative, based on the typical course of delivery when Operators are normally available, and do not constitute an undertaking to deliver the result within a specific time or a guarantee in the legal sense. The only binding deadline is the maximum period for passing on the order set out in §6.3, and the moment the result appears on the Customer’s profile depends on the factors described in §6.3b and is not guaranteed by the Service.

6.3b. The Service is not able to, and does not undertake to, predict or guarantee the moment at which the ordered result (e.g. likes, followers, views) will appear or be reflected on the Customer’s profile. This is because the Service is only an intermediary, and the actual course and pace of delivery depend on many factors beyond the Service’s control, in particular: (a) the current availability, load, capacity and queues of external Operators/Providers; (b) a change of Provider during delivery, including within a single order (§4.3); (c) restrictions, throughput limits and response times of the technical interfaces (APIs) of Operators and social media platforms; (d) queues, anti-spam mechanisms, moderation, throttling and algorithm changes on the platforms; (e) delivery in stages, in batches or with the gradual delivery option (§6.4, §7.5.4); (f) technical breaks, upgrades, maintenance or failures on the side of the Service, Operators or platforms (§6.9); (g) campaign limits being exceeded, requiring the service to be spread over time (§6.11); (h) sequential delivery of several orders for the same target (§7.5.3). The period given in §6.3 refers only to the maximum time for PASSING ON the order to the Operator, not to the time for performing the service or for the result to appear. The occurrence of any of the above factors, including a longer delivery, does not constitute improper performance of the service or grounds for a complaint, provided that the order was passed on for delivery within the period in §6.3.

6.4. For orders that include the gradual delivery option or for extensive campaigns, the service may be divided into stages and passed on to different Providers, which may affect the duration of the whole campaign.

6.5. The Customer must provide correct and complete data needed to perform the service (e.g. a link to the profile or content, appropriate privacy settings). The Service is not liable for failure to deliver where the data are incorrect or incomplete.

6.5a. The Service carries out orders in an automated, high-volume manner. Because of the volume of orders received and the technical limitations of the interfaces (APIs) of Operators and social media platforms, the Service does NOT verify, and has no technical means of verifying, the correctness, completeness or currency of the data provided by the Customer, in particular: whether the link given is correct and accessible, whether the profile name matches, the privacy settings, or whether the content covered by the order exists or is public. Nor is the Service able to detect by itself that an order contains incorrect or incomplete data or relates to the wrong target. Accordingly, sole responsibility for the correctness, completeness and currency of the data lies with the Customer. The Customer acknowledges that the order is passed on for delivery in the form in which it was placed, without prior checking by the Service. The above applies accordingly to services in which the Customer gives the name of a profile, account or channel instead of a link; sole responsibility for the accuracy and currency of that name lies with the Customer. By requesting that performance of the service begin immediately (§15.3), the Customer acknowledges that the order is forwarded on the basis of the data they have provided without prior verification, and that the consequences of providing incorrect data are borne solely by the Customer and do not constitute grounds for a complaint or a refund; a service performed on the basis of the data provided by the Customer is deemed to have been performed in accordance with the order. This provision does not exclude the rights of a Customer who is a consumer under mandatory provisions of law, including the right to cancel under section 15.

6.5b. The data given with the order (in particular the link, the username/profile name and the privacy settings) must remain unchanged throughout delivery. Because delivery is automatic and irreversible, and because once the order has been passed on to the Operator the Service cannot stop it, change its target or reverse it (§6.6), any change to these data during delivery, including a change of username, a change or removal of the link, setting the profile to private or deleting the content covered by the order, is made at the Customer’s sole risk. The consequences of such a change, including delivery of the result to an incorrect or outdated target, delivery to a user who has taken over the released name, partial or total loss of the result or the impossibility of completing delivery, are borne solely by the Customer and do not constitute grounds for a refund, repeat delivery or a complaint. In such a case the service is deemed to have been performed in accordance with the data valid at the time the order was passed on to the Operator. This provision does not exclude the rights of a Customer who is a consumer under mandatory provisions of law.

6.6. As soon as payment has been received, the order is passed on automatically and without human involvement for delivery by an independent Operator (a third party) over whose systems the Service has no operational control. For this reason: (a) once the order has been passed on to the Operator, the Service has no technical means of suspending, stopping, modifying or cancelling it, because it is not the entity performing it; (b) the service consists in an irreversible change of state (e.g. adding followers, likes, views), which for technical reasons cannot be reversed or removed. The order is passed on to the Operator without delay after payment has been received and may be passed on at any time after the payment has been received; accordingly, the Service does not act on requests to suspend, cancel or reverse delivery made after payment, regardless of whether the result has already become visible, because it cannot carry them out for objective reasons beyond its control. The Customer acknowledges the above before placing the order. This does not limit a consumer’s right to cancel the contract under section 15: cancellation does not reverse a result already delivered, and its consequences are settled financially in accordance with §15.6. The Service’s right to cancel an order on its own initiative where the service is unavailable (§7.8(d)) remains the Service’s exclusive right and does not give rise to any claim by the Customer.

6.7. Any drops in results (e.g. likes, followers) may be caused by many factors beyond the Service’s control, including:

  • the quality of service selected (e.g. the “Low” or “Premium” variant, §1.11, §7.3),
  • the specific characteristics of the Customer’s profile,
  • algorithm changes on social media platforms,
  • interference by third parties or the use of other promotional tools.

6.7a. Social media platforms carry out their own measures, independent of the Service and changing over time, against activity they regard as unnatural, which may include in particular: removal or reduction of delivered results, temporary or permanent restriction of reach, flagging, suspension or deletion of the Customer’s account. These phenomena result solely from the decisions and mechanisms of the platforms, over which the Service has no influence, and do not constitute a defect in the service or improper performance of it. The Service is not liable for any sanctions imposed by a platform on the Customer’s account in connection with the use of the service. Any rights of the Customer in respect of a drop in numbers are limited to the refill guarantee under section 12 (if purchased). This provision does not exclude the rights of a Customer who is a consumer under mandatory provisions of law.

6.8. The services offered by the Service may be delivered from accounts from all over the world, unless the offer states otherwise. Accounts originating only from a specific country are used only for services expressly marked with the name of that country in the description of the quality or targeting option. Selecting the “Premium” variant does not mean that the accounts come from a specific country; it means higher account quality within the meaning of §1.11. Targeting (§1.12) is independent of quality. If the Customer has not selected an option marked with the name of a country, the service will be delivered by international accounts.

6.9. In the event of system upgrades, tool updates or technical breaks at operators, the delivery time of the order may be extended. The Customer will be informed of such a case only by email or through the ticket system.

6.10. The Service does not provide a detailed view of the progress of an order, only basic information about its status.

6.11. If the maximum limits set for a given campaign are exceeded, the delivery time may be extended because the service has to be spread over time. These limits are always stated in the offer.

6.12. The Service is not liable for an order being impossible to deliver as a result of restrictions, blocks or deletion of the Customer’s profile by the social media platform, or for actions of the Customer that prevent proper delivery (e.g. changing the link, setting the profile to private, deleting the content covered by the order). In the cases referred to in the preceding sentence, the order is deemed to have been passed on for delivery in accordance with these Terms and Conditions; it is not subject to cancellation and the fee paid is not refundable, because the non-performance or improper performance results solely from causes on the side of the Customer or the platform, and the Operator’s delivery resources have been committed. The above does not exclude a consumer’s rights under mandatory provisions of law, including the right to cancel under section 15.

6.13. Unless stated otherwise in the description of a specific service, the Service does not guarantee any particular appearance, profile language or activity of the accounts delivering the service. The services are based on the Providers’ currently available resources and may vary over time.

6.14. The services offered by the Service consist in a one-off delivery of a specified result (e.g. a number of likes, followers, etc.), as described in the product description. Unless expressly stated otherwise, the Service does not provide services of maintaining results over time (refill, durability guarantee) or of topping them up again after drops.

6.15. If there is any doubt as to the performance of the service, the Service may, at the Customer’s request, provide confirmation that the order was passed on for delivery in the technical system or to the Provider. Such documentation constitutes confirmation that the order was passed on for delivery, even if the result is not yet fully reflected on the Customer’s platform. Accordingly, the basis for assessing proper performance of the service is the fact that the order was passed on for delivery to the Operator, not the moment or pace at which the result appears on the Customer’s profile. A complaint based solely on the lack of an immediate or faster-than-expected increase in the result, where the order is confirmed to have been passed on within the period in §6.3, will not be upheld (§11, §12).

6.16. For orders in the “Low” variant (accounts selected at random, without selection against the criteria in §1.11), the Service does not guarantee the safety, stability or durability of the results of such a service. The Customer buys in this variant knowingly and at their own risk and acknowledges that it may result, among other things, in a drop or removal of the results and, in extreme cases, in the profile being flagged by the social media platform.

6.17. The Service does not guarantee that the Customer will achieve any specific marketing or sales result (e.g. increased profits, profile visibility, conversions, reach or audience activity). The services are quantitative in nature and are carried out as described.

6.18. The Customer undertakes not to combine the services of the Service with the simultaneous use of other promotional tools or external sources (e.g. purchases from other companies, automation, bots) if this may affect the course or result of the order. In such cases the Service has the right to refuse to uphold a complaint.

6.19. The services are delivered fully automatically by systems integrated with the Providers. The Service does not provide individual supervision, monitoring or manual topping up of orders unless this has been agreed individually as part of the offer.

6.20. The Service reserves the right to block the Customer’s account temporarily or delete it permanently and to refuse to provide services in the event of abuse, unjustified complaints, actions aimed at circumventing the system or breach of these Terms and Conditions.

7. Services and add-on options

7.1. The Service enables orders to be placed for marketing services related to promoting profiles and content on social media, including by increasing the number of likes, followers, views, subscriptions and other activity.

7.2. The services may differ in terms of:

  • a) the platform of delivery (e.g. Instagram, TikTok, YouTube),
  • b) the type of result,
  • c) the quality of the accounts used,
  • d) the delivery time,
  • e) the configuration options available.

7.3. The Service offers different levels of quality of the accounts used to deliver orders:

  • a) “Low” quality (basic variant): real accounts selected at random, without selection against the criteria in §1.11; they may have no profile picture, description or activity history.
  • b) “Premium” quality (higher-quality variant): real accounts selected against the criteria in §1.11, which may have, among other things, completed information, a profile picture or an activity history.

7.3a. The Service deliberately offers different levels of account quality so that the Customer can freely choose the variant that suits their needs and budget. The price differences reflect real differences in the costs and characteristics of delivery: the “Low” variant is based on accounts selected at random, without quality selection, is offered at no extra charge and, by its nature, is more prone to fluctuations, drops and the verification measures of social media platforms, and is therefore not covered by a durability guarantee; the “Premium” variant is based on accounts selected against the criteria in §1.11 (including completed information, a profile picture, an activity history), which are more durable and more resistant to the platforms’ verification mechanisms, and because of the higher cost of obtaining and maintaining them this variant is more expensive.

7.3b. In view of the intensified verification measures of social media platforms, the Service, with the effectiveness and durability of results in mind, recommends the “Premium” variant. This recommendation is for information only and does not limit the Customer’s freedom of choice. The “Low” variant remains available at all times at no extra charge and may be selected by the Customer when configuring the order. The amount of any surcharge for the “Premium” variant is always shown in the configurator before the order is placed and paid for.

7.4. Indicating a quality level does not constitute a guarantee of the durability, location or activity of the accounts after the service has been performed.

7.4a. The services provided by the Service are provided with due care and are not a guarantee of a specific, lasting result. The results of the service (e.g. the number of followers, likes, views) depend to a significant extent on factors beyond the Service’s control, in particular on the terms, algorithms and current measures of social media platforms directed against activity they regard as unnatural. For this reason, after the service has been performed, the results may fluctuate, with both drops and later spontaneous recovery, and such fluctuations may, but need not, occur at any time. These phenomena result from the nature of the service and the conduct of third parties over which the Service has no influence, and do not constitute a defect in the service.

7.4b. Notwithstanding the above, the Service exercises due care to ensure that the service is performed reliably and with the greatest possible durability of results, among other things by selecting and continuously checking Providers, diversifying delivery sources, monitoring delivery quality and offering mechanisms that make growth look natural (e.g. gradual delivery). The Service makes clear, however, that in none of the quality variants offered, whether “Low” or “Premium”, does it have, or can it have, any real influence over the decisions and changes made over time by social media platforms. Selecting the “Premium” variant increases the resilience of results but does not constitute a guarantee of their durability.

7.4c. For selected services, in particular those generating traffic or visits to a website, the Service may offer a paid geographical targeting variant (e.g. traffic from a selected country), consisting in preferentially directing delivery to users from a specific country or area. This variant is a targeting option, not a strict restriction: the Service does not guarantee full geographical restriction of traffic or any particular percentage of visits from the country indicated, and part of the traffic may come from other countries. The geolocation of visitors depends on measurement methods and mechanisms of third parties over which the Service has no influence, and does not constitute grounds for a complaint beyond the described nature of the service. Any additional charge for this variant is always shown in the configurator before the order is placed and paid for.

7.4d. The default variant of services generating traffic or visits, unless the offer states otherwise, is the variant without geographical targeting (worldwide traffic), in which visits may come from various countries and are not restricted to a specific country, region or location. This variant is available at no extra charge and does not include any guarantee that the visits come from a specific area.

7.5. Depending on the type of service, the Service may enable the selection of paid add-on options, such as:

  • a) Gradual delivery: delivery of the service spread over time,
  • b) Profile positioning: activities that increase the visibility of the profile,
  • c) Premium Guarantee: extension of the period for reporting problems from 30 to 60 days and a free top-up if the numbers drop,
  • d) Profile views: directing traffic to the profile,
  • e) Save to favourites: technically adding the profile to favourites lists,
  • f) Express delivery: priority performance of the order,
  • g) Account audit: a one-off analysis of the profile with general optimisation recommendations.

7.5.1. The “Priority delivery” option (equivalently: “Express delivery”) shortens the expected time for passing the order on to the Providers’ systems to approximately 1 minute from the payment being received, subject to the general period in §6.3 and the queueing rules in §7.5.3. The time given refers only to the moment the order is passed on for delivery, not the moment the result appears. The Service does not guarantee the final pace or visibility of the growth, which depend on the mechanisms of the platform concerned and the current availability of Providers. The time stated is indicative and may be extended in the cases described in §6.9 and §6.11. If, for reasons beyond the Service’s control (§6.9, §6.11, §6.3b), it is not possible to pass on the order within 1 minute, the option retains its priority in the queue and the time stated remains indicative; exceeding that time alone does not constitute improper performance of the option, provided that priority in the queue over standard orders has been maintained.

7.5.2. The “Standard delivery” option (default variant, included in the price) means that the order is passed on for delivery in the standard order, taking into account the queue in which orders with the priority option are handled first. The target time for passing on in standard mode is approximately 30 minutes from the payment being received, but in cases beyond the Service’s control (including overload, queues, technical breaks or failures on the Providers’ side, §6.9, §6.11) the maximum time for passing on does not exceed the period in §6.3. The time given refers to passing on the order, not to the result appearing; the Service does not guarantee the time within which results become visible on the Customer’s profile. If, for reasons beyond the Service’s control (§6.9, §6.11, §6.3b), it is not possible to pass on the order within the indicative time of 30 minutes, the standard option continues to be delivered in the standard order and the time stated remains indicative; exceeding that time alone does not constitute improper performance of the service, provided that the order was passed on within the period in §6.3.

7.5.3. Deliveries of orders for the same type of service directed at the same target (e.g. followers for the same profile) are processed sequentially, in the order in which they were received. If delivery of one of the Customer’s orders has begun, a subsequent order of the same type for the same target, even where the Priority delivery option has been selected, will not begin until delivery of the preceding order has been completed. This is required for technical reasons, in particular the need to establish the exact count before the start and after the end of each delivery. In such a case the Priority delivery option retains priority in the queue over standard orders but does not remove the sequential nature of delivery for the same target.

7.5.4. Under the “Gradual delivery” option, the quantity ordered (e.g. of views, likes, subscriptions) is delivered in stages, in parts spread over time according to a schedule set automatically by the system. The number of stages and the intervals between them are chosen by the Service and cannot be set or edited by the Customer (§7.7). The Service does not guarantee a specific pace or delivery schedule; these may change during delivery, among other things because of a change of Provider or the availability of resources (§4.3, §6.4). The option serves to make growth look natural and does not constitute a guarantee of the durability of the result.

7.5.5. If the “Gradual delivery” option is not selected, the service is delivered as a whole, in accordance with the default technical parameters of the given offer. The Service does not guarantee that the entire quantity ordered will be delivered at the same time; the actual course depends on the current technical capabilities and availability of Providers.

7.5.6. The Premium Guarantee (a paid add-on option) includes: (a) extension of the period during which the Customer may open a technical support ticket concerning fluctuations in the delivered count from 30 to 60 days from the day on which delivery of the order was completed; (b) priority handling of such a ticket; (c) a one-off, free top-up of the missing count if it drops during the guarantee period, on the terms set out in section 12; the top-up is available only once in respect of a given order. The technical support ticket referred to in this clause is a procedure separate from the complaint set out in section 11 and is not subject to §11.3; a ticket opened during the guarantee period is handled until it is closed, even if this happens after that period has expired. The Premium Guarantee does not constitute a guarantee of durability or of a specific result of the service (§7.4, §7.4a) and is limited to a one-off top-up of the count; it does not cover marketing or sales results or user activity. The top-up consists in restoring the count to the level originally ordered, once and only in respect of a drop that occurred during the guarantee period; it does not cover repeated top-ups or drops occurring after it has been carried out.

7.5.7. The Basic Guarantee is the default, free scope of support included with every order, unless the Customer has selected the Premium Guarantee. It covers the possibility of opening a technical support ticket within 30 days from the day on which delivery of the order was completed. The Basic Guarantee does not include a top-up of the missing count or a guarantee of the durability of the result (§7.4, §12.3); in particular, it does not apply to services delivered in the “Low” variant as regards claims for durability or a top-up. A support ticket under the Basic Guarantee is a procedure separate from the complaint under section 11 and is not subject to §11.3.

7.5.8. The “Account views” option consists in directing a specified number of visits (clicks on the profile link) to the profile indicated in the order within the time window stated in the description of the option (target value, e.g. 100 visits within 72 hours). The numbers and time frames given are the intended target of delivery performed with due care, not a guarantee of the result. The Service does not guarantee that the visits will be reflected in the statistics, insights or other analytics tools of the platform concerned, because their recording depends solely on the mechanisms of that platform. The option does not constitute a guarantee of increased reach, visibility or any marketing effect.

7.5.9. Paid signal-type options for a social media profile (including “Account positioning”) consist in generating an approximate number of signals from social media platforms (social signals) for the main link indicated. The numbers given in the description (e.g. “about 1000”) are estimates and indicative, not a guaranteed minimum. The Service does not guarantee any effect of these signals on the position, visibility or indexing in internet search engines (including Google) or in search results within social media platforms. The SEO effect and visibility depend solely on the algorithms and decisions of third parties. The option is provided with due care and is not a guarantee of a result.

7.5.10. The “+1000 Social Media Signals” option consists in generating an approximate number of signals from social media platforms (social signals) for the website or main link indicated. The number given is an estimate, not a guaranteed minimum. The option does not include the creation of backlinks or SEO links. The signals generated may not be visible in link profile analysis tools (e.g. Ahrefs, Google Search Console) and may be verifiable only in tools that analyse social signals. The Service does not guarantee any effect of these signals on the website’s position, indexing or visibility in search engines. The option is provided with due care to support the website’s presence on social media and is not a guarantee of any SEO or ranking effect.

7.6. The scope and availability of options depend on the service selected, the system configuration and the external operator. These options may be modified or withdrawn for the future without notice; the change does not affect orders already paid for, which are delivered with the options selected at the time the order was placed.

7.7. Services with add-on options are delivered automatically. The Customer cannot edit them after placing the order. The content and form of delivery of the options cannot be individually adjusted.

7.8. The Service reserves the right to:

  • a) withdraw a given service or option temporarily or permanently,
  • b) change technical parameters and prices,
  • c) replace a service with another of an equivalent nature,
  • d) cancel an order with a full refund if the service is unavailable.

7.8a. The changes referred to in §7.8(a) to (c) apply to orders placed after they are introduced. Replacing a service in an order that has already been paid for requires the Customer’s consent; without consent, the Service cancels the order with a full refund.

7.9. All descriptions of options, quality, delivery times and results are for information purposes and may change for technical or operational reasons, with effect for orders placed after the change.

7.10. The Service does not guarantee:

  • a) marketing results for the Customer,
  • b) user activity,
  • c) the durability of the results delivered,
  • d) the appearance, language or content of the accounts involved in delivery.

7A.1. General provisions. The Service may offer services consisting in the publication of sponsored articles, the placement of links within the content of topical articles and the promotion of published content. Sponsored articles are published on external websites belonging to the Service’s publishing partners (“publishing websites”), not in the Service or on its blog. The Service acts as an intermediary in the publication and is not the owner or operator of the publishing websites; all provisions concerning the exposure, retention period and availability of an article refer to the publishing website and remain dependent on its operation and policies, over which the Service does not have full influence. These services are provided with due care and do not constitute a guarantee of a specific marketing or sales result, position in search results, visibility or reach. Sections 6 and 7 apply accordingly unless this section provides otherwise.

7A.2. Content created by the Service. a) Under the paid content creation option, the Service prepares the text of the sponsored article on the basis of information available on the website indicated by the Customer, with a length of not less than 250 words; the final length may vary depending on the subject and the requirements of the publishing website. b) The content is created in the language of the version of the Service in which the order was placed, unless the parties agree otherwise, and may be prepared using specialist tools, software or technologies that support content creation, including tools based on artificial intelligence. c) Before publication, the Customer may review the content and request up to two free revisions; further changes may be chargeable or must be made by the Customer themselves. d) Upon publication of the article, the Service grants the Customer a non-exclusive licence to use the content created to the extent related to its publication; the economic copyright in the content remains with the Service or its subcontractor, unless the parties agree otherwise in writing. e) The Service does not guarantee a specific position of the content in search results or a specific marketing, SEO or sales result.

7A.3. Content supplied by the Customer (default variant). a) In the default variant, the Customer supplies ready-made article content intended for publication; the Service publishes it on a publishing website of its choice. b) The Customer represents that they hold full rights to the content supplied (including text, graphics and marks), that the content does not infringe the law, the rights of third parties, personal rights or the terms of the publishing website, and grants the Service and the publishing website a free licence necessary for its publication. c) The Customer is solely responsible for the content they supply and for the consequences of its publication; if any third-party claims relating to such content are brought against the Service, the Customer undertakes to satisfy them and to indemnify the Service. d) The Service is not responsible for the effectiveness, quality or SEO or marketing effect of the content supplied by the Customer.

7A.4. The Service’s right to refuse and edit. The Service reserves the right to refuse to prepare or publish content that is unlawful, misleading, of low quality, or infringes the rights of third parties, personal rights or the rules of the publishing website, and to require changes to be made before publication. The Service may make language corrections and technical adjustments to the content on the terms set out in §14.10.

7A.5. Dofollow link in a topical article. a) Under the paid option, the Service places a link to the website indicated by the Customer within the content of a topical article published on an external publishing website not affiliated with the Service, in a natural way, using an anchor text chosen by the Service. b) The choice of the publishing website, the article and its parameters (including link profile and domain authority) depends on the current availability of the Service’s partners and the subject of the linked website; the Service does not guarantee any specific SEO parameters of the publishing website or any specific position, visibility or authority of the Customer’s website. c) The service is provided with due care and may serve only as additional SEO support; the Service is not responsible for the way in which search engines assess the link profile of the Customer’s website, including any action taken against unnatural linking. d) The Service reserves the right to refuse delivery in the case of unlawful content or higher-risk subjects (e.g. gambling, illegal content or other content contrary to the rules of the publishing websites). e) The link remains published on the terms set for the given article; the Service does not guarantee the durability of the link if the publishing website makes changes or ceases to operate.

7A.6. Article visit guarantee. a) Under the paid option, the Service undertakes to provide not less than 1000 unique visits to the published sponsored article within 30 days of the day of its publication; for this purpose the Service may promote the article through various channels of its choice. b) The number of visits is determined on the basis of the system billing parameters of the Service’s providers, and these data are binding for establishing whether the guarantee has been fulfilled. The visits may, but need not, be visible in the Customer’s external analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics); in particular, some visits may not be recorded in them if a cookie consent banner or other mechanisms limiting measurement are active on the Customer’s website; for correct counting in the Customer’s tools it is recommended to switch off the cookie banner for the duration of delivery. At the Customer’s request, the Service may provide a system screenshot confirming delivery (the addition of 1000 visits). A discrepancy between the provider’s system data and the readings of the Customer’s external tools does not constitute grounds for a complaint. c) The guarantee concerns only the number of visits to the article and does not cover any marketing or sales result, conversions, reach or audience activity. d) If, for reasons attributable to the Service, the guaranteed level of visits is not reached within 30 days, the Service extends the promotion of the article until that level is reached, but for no longer than a further 60 days; after that period, if the level has still not been reached for reasons beyond the Service’s control, the Service’s liability is limited to the value of the option purchased; this is the Customer’s sole remedy under this guarantee. e) The guarantee does not apply if the shortfall in visits results from the Customer’s actions (e.g. deletion or modification of the article, a request for its removal) or from factors beyond the Service’s control (e.g. a block on or failure of the publishing website, actions of third parties).

7A.7. Featuring the article on the home page. Under the paid featuring option, the Service undertakes to keep the article in a separate section of the home page of the publishing website for a period of not less than 30 days from the day of publication. After that period, the article may be removed from the home page section and remains published in accordance with the selected publication period variant. Featuring is a form of exposure and does not constitute a guarantee of a specific number of page views, traffic, position in search results or marketing effect. In the default variant (without this option), the article is published in the standard section of the publishing website at no extra charge. The above period of exposure may be shortened for reasons beyond the Service’s control, in particular decisions, changes, failures or the closure of the publishing website and force majeure; in such a case the Service’s liability is limited to the value of the option purchased.

7A.8. Publication retention period. a) Default variant: the Service makes every effort to ensure that the published article remains publicly available on the publishing website for a period of not less than 12 months from the day of publication. b) The paid permanent publication option means aiming to keep the article publicly available for as long as the publishing website operates and maintains the publication, with the Service making every effort to ensure that the period of public availability is at least 12 months from the day of publication. Because the article is published on an external website, the Service does not have full influence over its continued availability, structure, URL or technical parameters and is not liable for the article being unavailable as a result of decisions, changes, failures or the closure of the publishing website, force majeure or other causes beyond the Service’s control. If the article is permanently removed for reasons attributable to the Service before 12 months have elapsed, the Service’s liability is limited to the value of the option purchased.

7A.9. Graphic and video materials. In the default variant, the article is published in text form only, without additional materials, at no extra charge. The paid option allows up to 5 images and one YouTube video to be placed within the content of the article. JPG, PNG, SVG, GIF and WEBP formats are accepted, with a maximum size of 1 MB per file. After the order is placed, the Service contacts the Customer to obtain the materials. The Customer represents that they hold full rights to the materials provided and bears sole responsibility for any infringement of third-party rights. The Service reserves the right to refuse to publish, or to require corrections to, materials that are unlawful, infringe the rights of third parties, are inappropriate, of low quality or unrelated to the subject. The Service is not responsible for the content and quality of materials supplied by the Customer.

7A.10. Sharing on the publisher’s social media. The paid sharing option consists in a one-off publication of a link to the sponsored article on the publisher’s (publishing website’s) profiles on Facebook and Twitter/X. The Service does not guarantee the size of the publisher’s profiles, the number of recipients, reach, traffic generated, position in search results or any marketing effect. The Service has no influence over the algorithms, policy changes and decisions of social media platforms, which may restrict or remove the published share.

7B. Free samples

7B.1. What a Sample is. The Service may offer free samples of selected services (a “Sample”). The type of service and the number of units (e.g. 10 likes on an Instagram post) are stated on the Sample page. The Customer does not pay for the Sample or for its delivery.

7B.2. Who can receive a Sample. A Sample is intended for new Customers, that is persons who have not previously paid for any order in the Service or in other services operated by the Seller. We check this against the account, the email address and the social media account to which the Sample is to be delivered.

7B.3. Limits. One person may receive one Sample of a given type of service (e.g. one Sample of Instagram likes). We treat as the same person in particular the same account in the Service, the same email address (including when written in a different form, e.g. a Gmail address with dots or with an addition after the “+” sign), the same social media account and the same device. The number of Samples issued per day is limited. A limited number of Samples can be received from one IP address within 24 hours. The counter of available Samples, if shown on the Sample page, shows the actual number of Samples remaining for the day.

7B.3a. The day referred to in §7B.3 is counted according to the time zone stated on the Sample page.

7B.4. Conditions for receiving a Sample. To receive a Sample, the Customer: a) confirms their email address with a one-time code sent to that address or by another method available on the Sample page (e.g. by signing in with a Google account); if there is no account in the Service for that address yet, we create one automatically (section 2); b) gives the link to the public post to which the Sample is to be delivered; c) consents to receiving emails from the Service with offers and discount codes and confirms that they are at least 16 years old; d) places a free order using the button shown on the Sample page, accepting these Terms and Conditions.

7B.5. Consent to emails. The consent referred to in clause 7B.4(c) is a condition for receiving the Sample. Anyone who does not wish to give it can buy the same service at the normal price without consenting to marketing messages. Consent can be withdrawn at any time by clicking the “unsubscribe” link in any message from the Service. Withdrawing consent does not take away a Sample already ordered or delivered. The processing of data is described in the Privacy Policy.

7B.6. Paid package instead of a Sample. On the Sample page, a new Customer may choose, instead of the Sample, a larger paid package of the same service at the price stated on the page. The paid package: a) can be bought once per person for a given type of service and instead of the Sample: anyone who has chosen the paid package will not receive a Sample of that type, and anyone who has received the Sample cannot buy the paid package; b) requires the email address to be confirmed as in clause 7B.4(a), but does not require consent to marketing messages; c) is paid for at the Service’s normal checkout under sections 8 and 9.

7B.7. Discount codes. Discount codes do not apply to the Sample (including paid options added to the Sample) or to the paid package referred to in clause 7B.6. Their value does not count towards the spending thresholds of discount codes either.

7B.8. Delivery. We deliver the Sample in the same way as a normal order, through an Operator (section 6). The delivery time of the Sample is not guaranteed and depends on the factors described in section 6. Paid add-on options can be added to the Sample; the order is then paid for at the Service’s normal checkout. The Sample is not covered by the Refill Guarantee for delivered results (section 12). Complaints concerning the Sample are handled in accordance with section 11.

7B.9. Refusal. The Service refuses to issue a Sample or to sell the paid package referred to in clause 7B.6 where the person does not meet the conditions in clauses 7B.2 to 7B.4, where the limit has been used up, where the social media account is private or the link is incorrect, where the email address comes from a disposable email service, where the Customer’s account is blocked in the Service and where there is a reasonable suspicion of abuse (e.g. creating multiple accounts, using someone else’s email address or account, using automated programs). For security reasons we do not always give the reason for the refusal.

7B.10. Changes and termination. The Service may at any time suspend the issuing of Samples, change the types of services covered by Samples or stop offering them. This does not apply to Samples ordered earlier, which we deliver on the existing terms. Matters not governed by this section are governed by the other provisions of these Terms and Conditions.

8. Prices and taxes (VAT)

8.1. All prices given in the Service are final prices that the Customer pays for the service. No tax is added to the price after the order is placed.

8.2. If the Seller is registered for VAT, the final price includes VAT at the rate applicable in the Customer’s country, and the sales document shows the rate and amount of tax and the Seller’s VAT number. If the Seller is not registered for VAT, it does not charge this tax, and the sales document does not include any VAT rate or amount.

8.3. A Customer purchasing as a business assesses for themselves whether the purchase of the service gives rise to tax obligations in their country. If the Service allows an EU VAT number to be provided and applies the reverse charge mechanism, the conditions for applying it are shown at checkout before the order is placed.

8.4. Information on whether the price includes VAT is shown in the cart before the order is placed.

8.5. The Service’s system may identify the Customer’s country on the basis of the billing details and the IP address in order to apply the appropriate tax rules.

8.6. A change in the Seller’s tax status (e.g. registration for VAT) applies to orders placed after that change and is reflected in the prices in the Service before the order is placed.

8.7. The price shown for a service depends on the configuration selected by the Customer (quantity, quality, delivery time and add-on options). The binding price is the price shown in the cart immediately before the order is confirmed.

8.8. The Service shows prices in several currencies, and the base currency is the pound sterling (GBP). Conversion into other currencies is indicative and is made according to the exchange rate table used by the Service; the binding amount is the amount in the currency selected by the Customer, shown in the cart before the order is confirmed. The amount debited from the Customer’s account may differ from it by exchange rate differences and fees charged by the Customer’s bank or the blockchain network if the Customer pays in a currency other than the currency of the order.

8.9. For some payment methods a transaction fee may be added to the price. Its amount is shown at checkout before the order is placed and is included in the amount payable shown in the cart. The Customer may choose a payment method for which no fee is added, if such a method is available.

9. Payments

9.1. All services offered in the Service are paid services and require prior payment in full, except for free Samples (section 7B). The Service does not offer delivery of orders with deferred payment or payment after the service has been performed.

9.2. The payment methods available at any given time are shown at checkout before the order is confirmed; the availability of a method may depend on the Customer’s country, the currency and the amount of the order. At the time of publication of these Terms and Conditions, the Service offers:

  • a) payment in selected cryptocurrencies,
  • b) traditional bank transfer against a pro forma invoice, only for individual orders (§9.9).

9.2a. If the Service introduces or withdraws a payment method, the change is shown at checkout, and the list in §9.2 will be updated at the next amendment of these Terms and Conditions. The binding list of methods is the one shown at checkout at the time the order is placed.

9.3. An order is deemed accepted for delivery only once the funds have been credited to the Service’s account in the payment system concerned.

9.4. Payments are handled by external payment operators. The Seller is not responsible for the operation of these operators’ systems to the extent that it has no influence over them. The Customer may report a payment problem to the Seller (§11.2), which will help establish its cause and, where necessary, identify the operator responsible for resolving it.

9.5. A cryptocurrency transfer is irreversible. The Customer is responsible for sending the correct amount, on the correct network, to the address given in the order and within the stated validity period. A payment made on a different network, to a different address, after the validity period or in a different amount may not be credited automatically, and the Service is not obliged to deliver an order for which the payment has not been credited. In such a situation the Customer must report the matter without delay to [email protected], giving the transaction ID. The Service will try to locate the payment but does not guarantee its recovery if the funds did not reach the address assigned to the order.

9.6. Placing an order without making payment does not constitute the conclusion of a contract and does not oblige the Service to deliver it. Unpaid orders may be cancelled automatically after 7 days.

9.7. Delivery of the service begins automatically once payment has been received, provided that the Customer has given correct and complete data needed to perform the service. If, before the order is passed on to the Operator, the Service finds that the data are incorrect, incomplete or contradictory (e.g. no link, private profile, no content to promote), it may suspend delivery and ask the Customer to correct the data. If performance of the service proves impossible solely because the Customer has given incorrect, incomplete or contradictory data, and the delivery resources committed make a refund impossible, the fee is not refundable in the part corresponding to the service that has begun or has been irreversibly performed. This provision does not exclude the rights of a Customer who is a consumer under mandatory provisions of law.

9.8. The sales document (invoice) is issued automatically on the basis of the details entered by the Customer when placing the order.

9.8.1. The Customer bears full responsibility for the correctness of the billing details.

9.8.2. Once the sales document has been issued, it cannot be edited, including changing the buyer’s details or the VAT rate applied, unless the law requires a correction.

9.8.3. The sales document is available for download in the Customer’s account, in the orders view, and is attached to the email confirming the order.

9.9. Only image campaigns and individual orders agreed individually (by telephone or email) may be paid for against a pro forma invoice. For the other services available in the Service, no pro forma invoices are issued and no orders are delivered before payment is made.

9.10. When paying by cryptocurrency, the Customer receives a wallet address and the amount to be transferred, valid for a limited time. The wallet address is provided by the payment operator, so the recipient shown in the transaction on the blockchain network need not be the Seller. This does not change the parties to the contract: the seller of the service, the issuer of the sales document and the entity responsible for complaints and refunds is always the Seller.

9.11. Exchange rate differences and blockchain network or bank fees associated with making the payment are borne by the Customer. The order is deemed paid once the required amount has been credited to the Service’s account with the payment operator.

9.12. Whenever the Customer is entitled to a refund (e.g. an upheld complaint, cancellation of the contract, an order not yet passed on for delivery or an order cancelled by the Service), the refund is made using the same payment method that the Customer used, and to the same account, the same card or the same wallet address from which the payment came, unless the Customer expressly agrees to another method of refund that does not involve any costs for them. A refund to the virtual wallet in the Service is made only with the Customer’s express consent. The Seller does not charge the Customer any fee for making a refund.

9.12.1. If a refund by this route is not technically possible (e.g. the account has been closed), the Seller contacts the Customer to obtain an account or wallet linked to the original payment and makes the refund without delay once it has been provided.

9.12.2. For cryptocurrency payments, the refund is made in the same cryptocurrency, in an amount corresponding to the value of the refunded part of the price in the currency of the order, converted at the exchange rate on the day of the refund.

10. Virtual wallet

10.1. If the Service offers a virtual wallet, the Customer may set one up and use its funds to make it easier to purchase the Service’s services. The Service may grant a discount on orders paid for with funds from the virtual wallet (wallet discount); its current rate is stated in the Service, on the wallet page. The Service reserves the right to change the rate of the discount or to end the wallet programme for the future; the change does not affect orders already paid for. A top-up of the virtual wallet serves solely to pay for the Service’s services (§10.2) and, in the part used for a service performed or begun with the Customer’s consent, is not refundable in accordance with section 15. A consumer may request a refund of the unused part of a top-up to the extent provided for by law; the wallet discount and other bonus funds are not paid out.

10.2. The virtual currency in the wallet tab cannot be withdrawn. It consists of virtual funds to be used for services in the Service as a bonus or a refund for the customer.

10.3. Funds in the virtual wallet are a prepayment towards future services of the Service and cannot be withdrawn (§10.2). As regards funds originating from top-ups made by the Customer, if the Service ceases to operate the Customer may use them for the available services until the day on which it ceases to operate; bonus funds (granted by the Service free of charge, e.g. cashback, discounts, refunds to the wallet) may expire. This provision does not exclude the Customer’s rights under mandatory provisions of law.

10.4. If the Service runs other loyalty programmes (e.g. points, gift cards, a referral programme or a partner programme), their rules are set out in separate terms or a programme description made available in the Service. Matters not governed by them are governed by these Terms and Conditions.

11. Complaints

11.0. The Service has three separate procedures: (1) a technical support ticket concerning fluctuations in the count (Basic Guarantee, 30 days, or Premium Guarantee, 60 days, §7.5.6, §7.5.7, section 12); (2) a complaint about non-performance or improper performance of the service (this section 11); (3) the consumer’s statutory rights, which these Terms and Conditions do not limit. The choice of procedure belongs to the Customer; procedures (1) and (2) have separate deadlines and rules.

11.1. The Customer has the right to make a complaint concerning improper performance by the Service of its obligations as an intermediary, in particular failure to pass on the order for delivery despite payment having been received or passing it on in a manner inconsistent with the content of the order. Where there are irregularities on the Operator’s side, the primary way of resolving an upheld complaint is to bring the service into conformity with the order (a top-up or placing the order again with another Operator), and a refund is available only if bringing the service into conformity with the order proves impossible. A complaint does not cover the consequences of actions or omissions of social media platforms or the fluctuations in results described in §6.7, §6.7a and §7.4 to §7.4a. The procedure for topping up drops is governed separately (section 12).

11.2. Complaints may be made electronically, in one of two ways: through the ticket form available in the Service or by sending a message to [email protected].

11.2a. The ticket form is available in the Customer’s account, in the tab for order-related tickets.

11.3. The Service recommends making a complaint without delay after discovering an irregularity, which makes it easier to deal with, given the limited availability of the Providers’ technical data over time. Failure to report without delay does not deprive a Customer who is a consumer of their rights under mandatory provisions of law. Independently of complaints, the voluntary technical support procedures (Basic Guarantee, 30 days, Premium Guarantee, 60 days, §7.5.6 to §7.5.7) have their own deadlines and are contractual in nature, independent of statutory liability for the conformity of the service with the contract.

11.4. A complaint should contain:

  • a) the Customer’s first name and surname or name,
  • b) the order number,
  • c) the date on which the order was placed,
  • d) a precise description of the irregularity reported,
  • e) the Customer’s contact details (email address).

11.5. Failure to provide the required information may make it impossible to deal with the complaint.

11.6. The Service deals with complaints within 14 days of receiving them. The reply will be sent electronically to the email address given by the Customer. Separate contractual deadlines apply to technical support tickets (§7.5.6 to §7.5.7).

11.7. If the complaint needs to be completed, the Service will ask the Customer to complete it within 3 working days. If the Customer does not complete the complaint, the Service deals with it on the basis of the information it holds and, where this is not possible, closes it as incomplete. The Customer may make the complaint again with full information.

11.8. The Customer has the right to appeal against the decision on the complaint within 7 days of receiving the reply. The appeal must be made in writing or by email and sent to the Administrator’s address given in these Terms and Conditions. Not appealing does not deprive a consumer of the right to pursue claims in other ways, including before a court.

11.9. Chargebacks.

  • a) Because the services are irreversible (§6.6, §15.5), the Customer undertakes, before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with the payment operator or bank, to first contact the Service through the complaints procedure (§11.2) and allow the matter to be dealt with.
  • b) Initiating a chargeback concerning a service that has been performed or passed on for delivery, without first exhausting the complaints procedure, where the claim is unfounded, constitutes a breach of these Terms and Conditions and an attempt to obtain an undue benefit (§5.2(d)).
  • c) In the event of an unfounded chargeback, the Service is entitled to: block the account and suspend further services (§6.20), present to the payment operator evidence of performance (confirmation of the request and of the information given under §15.3 to §15.4, technical delivery data under §6.15, the record of acceptance of these Terms and Conditions) and claim from the Customer the equivalent of the service performed together with the documented chargeback costs actually charged to the Seller by the payment operator in connection with that chargeback.
  • d) The provisions of this clause do not limit a consumer’s statutory rights pursued through the proper procedure, including the right to use the complaint procedures of the payment operator or bank where the claim is justified.

12. Refill Guarantee for delivered results

12.1. The Refill Guarantee for delivered results (e.g. in the event of a drop in likes or followers) is available only to Customers who:

  • a) have purchased the service in the “Premium” variant, and
  • b) have selected the additional “Premium Guarantee” option (if available).

12.2. The top-up is carried out in the first instance by the technical operator assigned to the order. If that operator does not act, the Service may, at its discretion, carry out the top-up itself, at its own expense, only for orders meeting the conditions in clause 12.1.

12.3. Services in the “Low” variant, because the accounts are selected at random (§1.11), do not include a refill guarantee or a guarantee of the durability of the result (§6.16, §7.3a); the lack of durability of the result in this variant results from the nature of the service and does not constitute a defect in it. This provision does not exclude the Service’s statutory liability towards a consumer for the conformity of the service with the contract.

12.4. The Service makes clear that a complaint is not available in the following cases:

12.4.1. The Customer voluntarily removed the results of the service (e.g. deleted the post, changed the link, made the profile private), which prevented delivery from being completed or led to a drop in the result.

12.4.2. The Customer placed the order in a manner inconsistent with these Terms and Conditions or with the actual situation (e.g. an incorrect link, no public access, no content to promote).

12.4.3. The Customer purchased the service in a configuration not covered by the guarantee (e.g. the “Low” variant, no Premium Guarantee) and makes a complaint concerning the durability of the result.

12.4.4. The drop in results occurred after the guarantee period or in a service not covered by the guarantee (e.g. the “Premium” variant without the Premium Guarantee purchased).

12.4.5. The Customer makes a complaint concerning a promotional, marketing or sales result (e.g. no increase in activity, conversions or reach), which the Service does not guarantee.

12.4.6. The complaint was made outside the channels indicated in §11.2 (e.g. on social media, in chats, by SMS) or was ignored by the Customer despite a request to remedy formal deficiencies; the Customer may at any time make it again through the proper channel.

12.4.7. The result of the service was delivered in a technically correct manner, but in different batches by different providers, which resulted in differences in the appearance or character of the accounts involved in delivery.

12.5. The Refill Guarantee and the Premium Guarantee are voluntary contractual benefits of the Service offered over and above what is required by law. Using or being unable to use a guarantee does not deprive a Customer who is a consumer of the rights they have under mandatory provisions of law.

13.1. All materials published on the Service’s website, including in particular photographs, graphics, product descriptions, texts, graphic interface elements, content layout, trade marks, logos and source code, are the property of the Administrator or are used in accordance with licences held or applicable law.

13.2. The materials referred to in §13.1 are protected under copyright law, in particular the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988 (United Kingdom) and the law of the European Union and its member states.

13.3. Any copying, reproduction, use, making available to the public, publication, transmission or modification of the content of the Service in whole or in part, including service descriptions and the structure of the website, without the Administrator’s prior, express and written consent, is prohibited and may give rise to liability provided for by law.

13.4. Use of the content of the Service for educational, research, information or commercial purposes is permitted only within the scope of permitted use (under the law of the United Kingdom: fair dealing) within the meaning of copyright law.

13.5. Breaches of this section may result in the Administrator taking appropriate legal action, including claiming damages and notifying the competent authorities.

14. Individual orders and image campaigns

14.1. Individual orders in the Service may be placed by email, through contact forms available on the Service’s website or by telephone, after first contacting a consultant.

14.2. Payment for individual orders may be made:

  • a) through a payment link generated by the consultant,
  • b) by traditional bank transfer against a pro forma invoice.

14.3. Paying for an individual order constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions in the version in force on the day of payment.

14.4. The terms “image campaign”, “individual offer”, “promotional campaign” and “individual order” mean marketing activities carried out by the Service outside the standard ordering system, on the basis of individual arrangements with the Customer.

14.5. The Service may subcontract all or part of a campaign to third-party companies (subcontractors), passing on to them the data necessary for the proper performance of the order.

14.6. The Service carries out individual orders solely on the basis of the data supplied by the Customer, without any obligation to verify them.

14.7. Sales documents for individual orders are not generated automatically.

14.7.1. In order to receive a sales document, the Customer must send all the necessary details (company name, address, tax identification number, e.g. VAT number or national tax number) by email to the consultant before the document is issued.

14.8. Details of delivery, campaign progress and reports are sent only by email to the address given by the Customer when making contact or placing the order.

14.9. The Customer has the right to supply their own materials needed to carry out the campaign (including content, graphics, photographs, access to accounts, etc.).

14.9.1. If there are no such materials, the Service may offer to create them within the agreed budget.

14.10. In order to maintain the quality and consistency of marketing communication, the Service reserves the right to modify materials supplied by the Customer, to the extent of:

  • language corrections,
  • adaptation to legal requirements,
  • visual optimisation,
  • adaptation to the requirements of digital platforms.

14.11. The Service is not responsible for the effectiveness or quality of materials supplied by the Customer, or for their compliance with platform guidelines, social media terms or the law.

14.12. The Service gives no guarantee that image campaigns will achieve specific, lasting results. Campaigns are promotional in nature and their effectiveness depends on many external factors beyond the Service’s control.

14.13. An offer for an individual order is valid for 7 days from the date on which the payment link or pro forma invoice was sent. After this period, the price, delivery terms and availability of the service may change.

14.14. Delivery dates agreed individually with the Customer are indicative. The Service reserves the right to change them if external factors occur, such as:

  • changes in platform algorithms,
  • technical breaks,
  • holiday periods or non-working days,
  • operational problems or limited contact with the Customer.

14.15. If the delay exceeds 30 days, the Customer will be informed by email.

14.16. Individual orders and image campaigns are services to which section 15 applies. The right to cancel is lost once the service has been fully performed, if performance began at the express request of a consumer who acknowledged that they would lose the right to cancel once the service had been fully performed. For individual orders, the consumer makes this request and acknowledgement in an email to the consultant or when paying through the payment link, before performance begins. If the consumer cancels the contract before the service has been fully performed, they pay for the part of the service performed up to the time of cancellation (§15.6).

14.16a. The legal basis for the loss of the right to cancel is point (a) of the first paragraph of Article 16 of Directive 2011/83/EU (together with the provisions of the consumer’s state that implement it) and, for consumers from the United Kingdom, regulation 36(2) of the CCR 2013 (§15.1); the legal basis for the obligation to pay for the part performed is Article 14(3) of that Directive and regulation 36(4) of the CCR 2013.

14.17. Before publishing or broadcasting any materials as part of an image campaign, the Service presents the final version of the content (texts, graphics or other materials) to the Customer for approval. Delivery will not begin without the Customer’s written consent (including by email). Lack of approval puts the campaign on hold.

14.18. The Service does not disclose any information about its Customers to third parties, except where required by applicable law. No data concerning campaigns carried out, results or cooperation are published on the website or used for reference purposes. The Service does not provide information about its Customers to other Customers, the media or external entities.

14.19. Carrying out image campaigns does not require the Customer to provide special category personal data, account access details, passwords or other sensitive information. All information provided should be limited to the data necessary to perform the service.

14.20. Individual campaigns are carried out in accordance with the agreed scope, budget and schedule. Once they have been approved and delivery has begun, it is not possible to make changes, withdraw, partially cancel or postpone them. The Customer acknowledges that starting marketing activities results in their automatic placement with many external sources, which makes it impossible to modify them while they are running. This does not limit a consumer’s right to cancel the contract under §14.16 and section 15.

15. Right to cancel

15.1. A consumer who has entered into a distance contract has the right to cancel it (in EU law: the right of withdrawal) without giving any reason within 14 days of the day on which the contract was concluded. For consumers from the European Union, the legal basis is Article 9 of Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights together with the provisions of the consumer’s state that implement it, and for consumers from the United Kingdom, regulations 29 and 30 of the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 (the “CCR 2013”).

15.2. The Service’s services are provided at the Customer’s request, and their performance begins without delay after the order has been paid for, and therefore before the cancellation period has expired. In such a case:

  • a) the right to cancel is lost once the service has been fully performed (§15.5), if performance began at the express prior request of a consumer who acknowledged that they would lose the right to cancel once the service had been fully performed,
  • b) if the consumer cancels the contract before the service has been fully performed, they pay for the part of the service performed up to the time at which they informed the Seller of the cancellation (§15.6),
  • c) if the Seller has not obtained from the consumer the request and acknowledgement referred to in §15.3, or has not informed the consumer of the right to cancel and its consequences, a consumer who cancels the contract within the cancellation period does not pay for the part of the service performed before cancellation.

15.2a. The legal basis for §15.2 is: for point (a), point (a) of the first paragraph of Article 16 of Directive 2011/83/EU and regulation 36(2) of the CCR 2013, for point (b), Article 14(3) of Directive 2011/83/EU and regulation 36(4) and (5) of the CCR 2013, and for point (c), Article 14(4)(a) of Directive 2011/83/EU and regulation 36(6) of the CCR 2013. If, in a particular case, the performance constituted the supply of digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, the right to cancel is lost under point (m) of the first paragraph of Article 16 of Directive 2011/83/EU and regulation 37 of the CCR 2013, only if the conditions set out there are met.

15.3. Before placing an order, a Customer who is a consumer makes, at checkout, a statement containing an express request that performance of the service begin before the end of the cancellation period and an acknowledgement of the consequences described in §15.2; the consumer does so by ticking the box accepting these Terms and Conditions, whose description expressly includes the wording of the statement in §15.4a. Because the service by its nature is performed without delay after payment, it is not possible to place a standard order without this statement. This information is presented clearly and legibly directly next to the button confirming the order and payment.

15.4. The statement is recorded in the Service’s system each time, together with the date, time, IP address and order details. The Seller sends the Customer confirmation of the contract, together with the wording of the statement made, to the email address given in the order (a durable medium), at the latest before performance of the service begins. This record constitutes evidence of the conclusion of the contract and of the consumer having been informed of the right to cancel and its consequences.

15.4a. The wording of the box that the Customer ticks when completing the order is: “I accept the Terms and Conditions. I request that performance of the service begin before the end of the 14-day cancellation period. I acknowledge that I will lose my right to cancel the contract once the service has been fully performed, and that if I cancel the contract earlier, I will pay for the part of the service provided up to the time of cancellation.”

15.5. The service is deemed fully performed once the entire number of units ordered (e.g. followers, likes, views) has been delivered together with the add-on options selected, which the Service establishes on the basis of the delivery data, in particular the count before the start and after the end of delivery (§6.15, §7.5.3). Later fluctuations and drops in the result (§6.7, §6.7a, §7.4a) do not mean that the service has not been fully performed. The irreversibility results from the nature of the service: the result is produced by the actual actions of the Operators’ accounts and systems on the social media platform, carried out outside the Service’s infrastructure. The Service has no technical means of removing, withdrawing or restoring the state that existed before delivery, nor does it have access that would allow it to reverse the actions of third parties (§6.6). For this reason, cancellation of the contract does not reverse a result already delivered, but only settles the contract financially (§15.6).

15.6. If the consumer cancels the contract before the service has been fully performed:

  • a) where the order has not yet been passed on to the Operator, the Seller refunds the entire price paid,
  • b) in all other cases, the Seller refunds the price paid less an amount proportionate to the part of the service performed up to the time at which the consumer informed the Seller of the cancellation, in comparison with the full coverage of the contract; the part performed is determined by the number of units delivered up to the time the notice of cancellation was received (the date and time of its receipt in the ticket system or at the Seller’s email address), on the basis of the delivery data (§6.15); because the order is passed on for delivery automatically and without delay after payment (§6.6), in many cases the service will by then have been performed in full or for the most part,
  • c) for options of a periodic nature (e.g. Premium Guarantee), the part performed is determined in proportion to the time that has elapsed up to the time of cancellation, and if a top-up was carried out before cancellation (§7.5.6), the option is deemed performed in full,
  • d) if the price is excessive, the amount payable by the consumer is calculated on the basis of the market value of the part of the service performed.

15.6a. The refund is made without undue delay and in any event within 14 days of the day on which the notice of cancellation was received, in accordance with §9.12. Once the service has been fully performed, where the conditions in §15.2(a) are met, the service is not subject to cancellation or refund on the basis of cancellation of the contract.

15.7. To cancel the contract, the consumer makes a clear statement through the ticket form available in the Service (§11.2a) or by a message to [email protected], and if the Service provides a contract cancellation function in the Customer’s account, also by using that function. The consumer may use the model cancellation form provided for by law, but this is not compulsory. To help deal with the statement promptly, it is useful to give:

  • a) contact details,
  • b) the date and number of the order,
  • c) the name of the service purchased,
  • d) the price and method of payment,
  • e) the statement of cancellation of the contract.

16. Final provisions

16.1. The Administrator reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions for valid reasons, in particular changes in the law, changes to the offer, payment methods or features of the Service, and security considerations. The amended Terms and Conditions come into force when they are published on the Service’s website, unless stated otherwise. An amendment does not apply to orders paid for before it comes into force, and, where it is to the Customer’s detriment, it does not apply either to funds previously paid into the virtual wallet or to guarantees and support tickets in progress. Using the Service after the amendments have been made means acceptance of the new version of these Terms and Conditions for new orders.

16.2. The Customer must read the current version of these Terms and Conditions each time before placing an order. Placing an order constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions in the version in force.

16.3. If the Customer breaches these Terms and Conditions, in particular as regards confidentiality, providing false data, system abuse or actions to the detriment of the Service, the Administrator reserves the right to delete the Customer’s account immediately and permanently and to refuse to provide services in the future. Deletion of the account does not affect the Customer’s right to have orders already paid for delivered or settled, or to a refund of the unused part of their own payments into the virtual wallet (section 10).

16.4. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid, unlawful or ineffective by a final court judgment, the remaining provisions remain in force and bind the parties to the fullest extent possible.

16.5. These Terms and Conditions are the intellectual property of the Administrator. Copying, reproducing or using them in whole or in part without the Administrator’s prior written consent is prohibited.

16.6. If the Service publishes customer reviews, the rules for submitting, verifying and publishing them are set out in the Review Terms available in the Service, which supplement these Terms and Conditions.

16.7. These Terms and Conditions are available in English, Portuguese, Dutch, German, Spanish, French, Italian, Arabic, Czech and Polish. The contract is concluded in the language of the version of the Service in which the Customer places the order. If these Terms and Conditions are available in several languages, all versions have the same content; any doubts as to the meaning of the provisions are resolved in favour of the consumer.

16.8. These Terms and Conditions are made available free of charge in the Service before the contract is concluded, in a form that allows them to be downloaded, reproduced, stored and printed.

16.9. Contracts concluded through the Service are governed by the law of England and Wales. This choice of law does not deprive the consumer of the protection afforded to them by provisions that cannot be derogated from by agreement under the law of the country in which they have their habitual residence (for consumers from the European Union, Article 6(2) of Regulation (EC) No 593/2008, Rome I).

16.10. A consumer from the European Union may bring proceedings against the Seller before the court for the place where they are domiciled (Article 18(1) of Regulation (EU) No 1215/2012). A consumer from the United Kingdom may bring proceedings before the court for the place where they are domiciled in the United Kingdom (section 15B of the Civil Jurisdiction and Judgments Act 1982). Disputes with Customers who are not consumers are settled by the courts of England and Wales.

16.11. A consumer may use the out-of-court dispute resolution methods available in their country of residence, in particular the assistance of national consumer organisations or European Consumer Centres.

16.12. Matters not governed by these Terms and Conditions are governed by the law applicable under §16.9.

16.13. These Terms and Conditions apply from 28.10.2026. Orders placed earlier are governed by the Terms and Conditions in force at the time they were placed.
